* A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders. Production will not begin until the deposit has been received.
* The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to pickup or delivery.
* Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash, unless otherwise specified.

Product Availability and Substitutions
* While we strive to fulfill all orders exactly as requested, availability of ingredients and materials may vary.
* We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater quality and value and will not materially affect the overall product.

Delivery and Pickup
* Delivery services are available for an additional fee. Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
* If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact the customer or recipient to arrange pickup or re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.
* Bakerina Cakes & Pastries is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft once an order has been delivered to the agreed-upon location.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Refusal
* Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of defective or unsatisfactory products and must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt.
* Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, inability to fulfill the order, or non-compliance with these Terms. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded as appropriate.

Custom Orders
* Custom and personalized orders require advance notice, the duration of which will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
* Once a custom order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
* Customers are responsible for clearly communicating all design details, flavors, sizes, and special requests at the time of ordering. Approval of designs implies acceptance of the final product outcome.

Allergies and Dietary Information
* Bakerina Cakes & Pastries handles ingredients that may include dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, and other allergens.
* Customers are solely responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.
* While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

All content, designs, images, logos, text, and materials created or displayed by Bakerina Cakes & Pastries are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
